Program Information
The Portuguese and Luso-Brazilian Studies program focuses on aspects of art, musical and literary expressions, history, social and political landscapes through a wealth of courses, including experiential education opportunities. You will also have the opportunity to connect with community and university-wide activities, lecture series, theatre and music/literary events; gain valuable research and cross-cultural skills and build your international networks by participating in faculty-led research projects. Exchange programs are also available at the Universidade Nova de Lisboa in Portugal and other existing exchange programs with Brazil.
